Cocktail recipes
So much Tiki goodness out there! I thought I contribute and share some of my personal favorites, own tweaks and creations.
The list of rum categories to the right shows the brands I prefer for my cocktails!

Bonerattler
This is my spin on the classic Zombie cocktail. It will rattle your bones!
2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Light Blended Rum
1 oz. Aged Potstill Rum
1 ½ oz. MbtS Falernum #9*
1 oz. Golden Falernum
2/3 oz. Curaçao Orange
2 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Grenadine
1 ts Absinthe
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 pinch of ground Cinnamon
Shake vigorously with ice.
Open pour into Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Floater of 3 dashes Angostura.
Garnish with Mint sprig
& Limeshell.
Dowager Queen
Marooned on Tatooine? Look for a Shipwreck
in the heart of Mos Eisley.
1 oz. Aged Column Still Rum
1 oz. Rye Whiskey
¾ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
5 Mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in
an Old-fashioned glass. Add lime juice, spirits and
crushed ice and swizzle.
Garnish with Mint sprig and
3-4 dashes Angostura floater.
Coarse and Rough
Feel cranky like Anakin? Here is your remedy!
2 oz. Aged Column Still Rum
1½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Ginger Syrup
¼ oz. MbtS Pimento Dram*
¾ oz. Lime Juice
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 pinch ground Cinnamon
1 pinch ground Star Anise
1 tiny pinch fresh-grated Nutmeg
Swizzle in a Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Garnish with Mint sprig.
The Corellian Job
Classy and dangerously good!
1½ oz. Light Blended Rum
1½ oz. Mahiki Coconut Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Demerara Syrup*
½ tsp Luxador Maraschino
3 dashes Angostura
Swizzle in a Old-fashioned glass filled
with ice.
Garnish with Maraschino Cherry and Pineapple leaf.
Jundland Wastes
Parched on Tatooine? Don't get wasted!
2 oz. Dark Rum
1½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz Golden Falernum
¼ oz. MbtS Pimento Dram*
1 oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Kessel Dram*
3 dashes Angostura
2 dashes Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
Swizzle in a Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Garnish with Mint sprig.
Kessel Rum
Let's see if you make it in less than 12 parsecs!
1 oz. Light Blended Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
¼ oz. Ginger Syrup
1 oz. Lime Juice
¼ oz. Kessel Dram*
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Shake vigorously with ice.
Gated pour into a Tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple spear.
The Old Man and the Sith
Maul meets Hemingway ..., or was it Kenobi?
2 oz. Light Blended Rum
2 oz. lightly sweetened Coconut Water
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 2/3 oz. Orange Juice
1/3 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Swizzle in a Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Sprinkle over a pinch of sea salt.
Garnish with Orange slice.
MbtS Daiqiri
The simple classic!
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Light Blended Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
Shake with ice.
Strain into ice-cold
glass.
MbtS Mai Tai
Home-made Orgeat and some dashes of Chocolate bitters make all the difference!
2 oz Aged Column Still Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
¾ oz Curaçao Orange
¾ oz MbtS Oregat*
¾ oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Bitter Truth Chocolate bitters
Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain in Tiki Mug filled
with crushed ice.
Garnish with Mint sprig .
Noisy Pitta
The Noisy Pitta is a variation of the Jungle Bird. The Golden Falerum adds some spice and warmth.
2 oz. Dark Rum
¾ oz. Campari
1 oz. Golden Falernum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Lime Juice
Shake vigorously with ice.
Open pour into Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Garnish with Pineapple
leaf & cherry.

My take on the Three Dots and a Dash. Vergeltung 2 ;)
1 oz. Aged Blended Rum
½ oz. Abelha Cachaça
½ oz Demerara Rum
¼ oz. Golden Falernum
¼ oz. MbtS Pimento Dram*
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Orange Juice
¼ oz. Acacia Honey Syrup*
Shake vigorously with ice.
Open pour into Tiki mug filled
with crushed ice.
Garnish with 3 cherries
and a pineapple leaf.
