    Salt addition 2g CaCl, 2g CaSO4, 2g CaCO3  

Mashing steps:

  0min - 52*C  slowlyraising to next step 25 min

  70min - 67*C

  20min - 70*C

  Mash-out 10 min - 78*C

Sparge volum 14 liters

Boiling - 80 min

Hop additions:

  60min - 13,5g Simcoe (12,6%)

  15min - 12g Cascade (6,1%)

    8min - 15g Cascade (6,1%)

    0min - 10g Mittelfrüh (4,5%)

    0min - 10g Citra (13%)

    0min - 10g Ekuanot (13%)

  

   15min - Yeast nutrient 1/2 teaspoon

   15min - 1g Protafloc

Yeast: 

1pk Fermentis US-05 Chico Ale yeast

          rehydrated

Pitching temperatur - 19*C

Fermenting:

  14 days - 19*C

Dry hop addition 10.day of fermentation:

  20g Cascade

  15g Mittelfrüh

   7g Citra

Cold-crashed for 1 day.

Carbonation:

  Bottled with 7,5g/liter table sugar

  2 weeks carbonation at room temperature

Maturing/Conditioning:

  2 months
