Mashing:

  Strike water 24 liters, 69*C

Mashing steps:

  70min - 66*C

  15min - 72*C

  Mash-out 10 min - 78*C

Sparge volum 15 liters

Boiling - 90 min

Hop additions:

  60min - 35g Northern Brewer (6,0%)

  15min - 25g Northern Brewer (6,0%)

    0min - 30g Northern Brewer (6,0%)

                  

   15min - Yeast nutrient 1/2 teaspoon

   15min - 1g Protafloc

Note: 3 liters water added 5min before finished boil

Yeast  1pk Mangrove Jack's M54 California Lager yeast         rehydrated

Pitching temperatur - 19*C

Fermenting:

  14 days - 19*C

  

Cold-crashed for 1 day.

Carbonation:

  Bottled with 7,5g/liter table sugar

  2 weeks carbonation at room temperature

Maturing/Conditioning:

  8 weeks at 10-12*C
