  Carahell - 0,2kg

  Melanoidin - 0,1kg

  Carafa special III - 40g

Mashing:

  Strike water 24 liters, 58*C

  Salt addition 3g CaCl, 3g CaSO4, 2g CaCO3

Mashing steps:

  10min - 55*C

  50min - 62*C

  30min - 67*C

  20min - 72*C 

Mash-out 10 min - 78*C

Sparge volum 14 liters

Boiling - 90 min

Hop additions:

  60min - 22g Tradition (5,6%)

  18min - 18g Mittelfrüh (3,5%)

    0min - 5g Mittelfrüh (3,5%)

   15min - Yeast nutrient 1/2 teaspoon

   15min - 1g Protafloc

Note: 3 l water added during boil

Yeast: 1pk Mangrove Jack's M20 Bavarian Wheat

          rehydrated

Pitching temperatur - 22*C

Fermenting:

  14 days at 22*C

Carbonation:

  Bottled with 10g/liter table suga

  2 weeks carbonation at room temperature

Maturing/Conditioning:

  4-6 weeks at cellar temperatur (7-10*C)
