Bilander White IPA

Bilander.jpg

Bilander White IPA is the result of an experiment, using all those hop leftovers that had accumulated over time. The result was an wonderful aromatic and tasty ale, refreshing and quaffable despite its high alc.vol. The perfect beer for those who love wheat ales and hop flavors.

Alc.Vol.: 6,4% IBU: 56 IBU

Bomber IPA

Bomber.jpg

This is the IPA for you hop heads who like NEIPA, but don't want to go over-the-top anti-oxidation prevention. Bomber IPA is a simple hop bomb which keeps its hops flavors astonishingly well.

Alc.Vol.: 6,3% IBU: 44 IBU

Camakau Golden Ale

Camakau.jpg

A quaffable, refeshing Golden Ale with a lot of hops flavour, yet mild bitterness. Camakau Ale was inspired by Kona's Big Wave Golden Ale.

The ideal summer ale!

Alc.Vol.: 5,8% IBU: 24 IBU

Deadwood Amber Ale

deadwood.jpg

Malt and hops are the body and soul of a beer! For me, American Ambers are the embodiment of this statement. Malty and rich body, yet highly drinkable with aromatic hop flavors, Deadwood Amber is an all-round beer to be paired with hearty food or to be enjoyed on its own.

Alc.Vol.: 6,3% IBU: 30 IBU

Dog Days Pale Ale

dog days.jpg

Breaking a brewing taboo, this Pale Ale was brewed while Orion's dog, Sirius, was high in the summer night sky! Strong, hoppy, red-golden coloured, a fine refreshment during long hot summer nights!

Alc.Vol.: 6,8% IBU: 35 IBU

Dogwatch English Pale Ale

dogwatch.jpg

An English-style Pale Ale with the fine flavor of English hops! Dogwatch Pale Ale is a hearty pub ale, yet pairs exceptionally well with seafood of all sorts!

Alc.Vol.: 5,6% IBU: 32 IBU

Fargo American Rye Ale

fargo.jpg

Fargo was my first experiment with rye malt. I didn't know what to expect. The result was a tasty, aromatic and different ale which became the favorite at a local beer testing session!

Alc.Vol.: 5,9% IBU: 30 IBU

Filibuster Bière de Saison

Filibustier.jpg

Filibuster Bière de Saison is a copper-coloured, hearty ale with deep malt flavours and spicy yeast notes. A blend between a Saison and a Bière de Garde, Filibuster tastes great when fresh, but matures exceptionally well. The complexity and richness increases over time, so I recommend to store this beer for maturing for at least half a year.

Alc.Vol.: 7,3% IBU: 17 IBU

Fireship Red Ale

Fireship.jpg

Deep red, hoppy, quaffable! One of my favorite allround beers, Fireship Red Ale works as porch beer in the sun, a thirst quencher, yet suits well to many types of food! The malt base is comparable light, despite the deep red colour.

Alc.Vol.: 5,6% IBU: 25 IBU

Hold Fast! Scottish Strong Ale

Hold fast.jpg

When drinking a Scottish Strong Ale you better hold fast!  Rich, complex and with high drinkability, Hold Fast! Ale is slightly smokey and  hoppy, yet malty-sweet.

This Ale is exceptionally well suited for long maturing and storage. Although you can enjoy a fine ale already after a month, the best bottles are those opened  after a year!

Alc.Vol.: 6,3% IBU: 36 IBU

Kogge Roggenbier

Kogge.jpg

In the late middle ages rye beers were as common in taverns as the Hansa Kogge, or Cog,  was on the North and Baltic seas. A good measure of rye malt adds a rich spiciness to Kogge Roggen making it rich, pouring almost oily into the glass.

Alc.Vol.: 5,5% IBU: 17 IBU

Lugger Altbier

lugger.jpg

Lugger Altbier is brewed in the style of North-West German Altbiers which often contain wheat malts opposed to the more modern Duesseldorfer Altbier style. Malty, yet crisp, Lugger is a quaffable allround drink that goes well with savory food or on its own.

Alc.Vol.: 5,6% IBU: 32 IBU

Porthos Bière de Garde

Porthos.jpg

The beer to keep! A well-matured Biére de Grade is a flavour explosion! Malty, fruity, spicy, slightly boozy, Porthos Biére de Garde is a beer connoisseur's dream!

Alc.Vol.: 7,3% IBU: 30 IBU

Sailmaker Hefeweizen

Sailmaker.jpg

A classic Hefeweizen and a hommage to one of the best Weissbiere, Schneider Weisse! Bavarian summer beer at its best!

Alc.Vol.:  5,5% IBU: 17
