I.O.P.S - RATCATCHERS
An Expansion for The Troubleshooters RPG

The characters are field agents – Ratcatchers - of the International Organization for Paranormal Security, short I.O.P.S. The I.O.P.S. investigates weird incidences and rumors, eliminates paranormal threats, and generally protects the largely ignorant public from things man was not meant to know. Not all creatures and entities encountered by the I.O.P.S. are malign or destructive in nature. Some few are replaced to live hidden lives in peace away from the public. Even fewer join the ranks of the I.O.P.S., using the denomination Ratcatchers in ironic pride, as they are fully aware what humanity sees as rats…

 

Ratcatchers is an unofficial add-on for occult and paranormal adventures in the world of the Troubleshooters RPG, mixing Franco-Belgian action adventure with the occult mysteries of Hellboy comics, the Laundry series or even Cold City RPG.

 

The Ratcatcher expansion is meant as a toolbox of suggestions: Take what you like, change or discard what doesn’t suit your campaign. The expansion provides none of the base rules and mechanics, you still need the Troubleshooters core book written by Krister Sundelin and published by Helmgast. Go an get this gem of a RPG!
