Mashing:

  Strike water 24 liters, 60*C

Mashing steps:

  10min - 57 *C

  20min - 62*C

  60min - 67*C

  20min - 72*C

  Mash-out 10 min - 78*C

Sparge volum 14 liters

Boiling - 90 min

Hop additions:

  60min - 18g Amarillo (8,4%)

  15min - 23g Amarillo (8,4%)

    0min - 17g Amarillo (8,4%)

    0min - 12g Citra (13,9%)

                 

   15min - Yeast nutrient 1/2 teaspoon

   15min - 1g Protafloc

Note: 3 liters water added 5min before finished boil

Yeast  2pks Fermentis W34/70 lager yeast         rehydrated

Pitching temperatur - 11*C

Fermenting:

  12 days - 11*C

   increase temperature by 1*C/day to 16*C

   3 days -  16*C

Dry-hop:

9Added 14.day of fermentation 

  23g Citra

  23g Amarillo

Cold-crashed for 2 days.

Carbonation:

  Bottled with 7,5g/liter table sugar

  2 weeks carbonation at room temperature

Maturing/Conditioning:

  12 weeks at 2-4'C
